Dlya luchshej podderzhki russkogo mi recommenduem ispolzovat' UTF-8 kodirovku.

Dlya etogo nuzhno:
1. posle novoj installacii dobavit' v config.php file posle DBName



DBCollation = "utf-8"

2. sdelat' Import Language Packov esche raz chto bi vse phrazi sohranilis' v nuzhnom formate.
