Hi,
on our In-portal/In-commerce we have 2 languages: Italian and English.
If a cutomer place an order from English version of the site, the first mail (order received) is correctly in English.
But when we approve and ship the order from the Back End, the customer receive email in Italian.
We are using back End in Italian.
InPortal 4.1.0 - In commerce 4.1.0

Hi Max,

This might be a bug in 4.1.0 and possibly in 5.x as well.

We'll be checking on this.

Yes, site language is not stored in order, to be later used to be used in emails sent regarding this order.
