Orders – incomplete and complete – to contain products that have been added and then deleted from the cart. Makes helping a customer easier. While on the same topic, it would be nice to know what each customer is interested in (something like customer profile)– items they have view (how many times), items they added to their cart (how many times added, and how many added), items they have bought (how many bought/how many times).
Maybe this should be somewhere in the summary & logs. This would be nice for a single customer as well as group of customers for reports and marketing.
