Hi,

As I live in Spain and our server is in USA I've made some adjustments to show our visitors the right date and time:

In Configuration > Regional I've changed the date and time format to EU
I.e. time format Y-m-d H:i:s = 16:26:42
and
in Configuration > General changed to server -7 and site +1

however the time shown in the Forum is still server time (USA) and am/pm instead of 24h

Must I make the change directly in the script? Where exactly?
