Just installed v5.2 (fresh) and in admin I see the language tags instead of the actual meaning.

eg.
!LU_BUTTON_NEWLINK

Is it me or?

This maybe cause you haven't installed an "advanced" theme, which includes that phrase.

Also can you please attach a screenshot, where you sat that missing phrase? And please specify In-Portal version you've installed.
