After import of In-Link database in in-portal I get "caf?" instead of "cafÃ©"

Hello gerardr,

I know for sure that we have fully tested this with English, but not sure about the other languages.

We would really appreciate if you can provide us with your SQL Dump file from In-link2 database, so we can this out and fix if there is a problem. You have my word that all of provided data will be destroyed as soon as the issue is solved. Please contact me via email support@intechnic.com.
