After upgrading MySQL to v4x my InPortal installation shows this message:

"In-Portal is probably not installed, or configuration file is missing.
Please use the installation script to fix the problem.

Go to installation script"

This is annoying because I have many other PHP/MySQL scripted sites on that machine and they have no problem.

I am pretty sure this message is being generated by globals.php.

What gives here?
