can't install in portal CMS (2)

Hi,
After giving the database name and the other info and press continue button give the following error

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\www\in-portal\core\kernel\db\db_connection.php on line 610

I see you're installing on Windows. No wonder that you've reached that 30 sec limit.

The operation that takes 30+ seconds on Windows is an initial database import, which takes ~5 seconds in Linux.

I recommend using Linux for development or increase max script execution time to maybe 2 minutes.
