Hi,
Total Newb here. When I go to the admin to see if I can rectify this, iI get:
"Unknown or disabled language"

Any Ideas?

Please provide In-Portal and all used module versions you are using. Also hosting information would be useful, like PHP/MySQL versions, Windows/Linux, etc.

It looks like you are performing installation of In-Portal, not upgrade. Please use latest available version (5.0.2) if possible.
