Cannot connect to database during installation (2)

Hello,

i have just downloaded in-portal and in-link and trying to install in portal but for some unknown reasons i can not connect to the database at the install.php

User and Logindata are correct. With phpMyAdmin i can connect to the database.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

need to activate "LOCK TABLES" for the database user
