how can i change logo on the left side and in the middel?

Can you please attach a screenshot with the place needed to change highlighted. You can use this tool: http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html

But general approach would be doing a "View Source" in browser and looking for a name of that image. Then just locate that image reference in "*.tpl" files and replace it.
