Hello, i wanted to know if this site / project still active not sure on whats as been done?

The project is active indeed. The main activity happens on http://community.in-portal.org/ website though. In there you can subscribe to spaces you're interested in to receive notifications when changes are made, e.g.:
* new features only: http://community.in-portal.org/display/DEV
* bug fixes only: http://community.in-portal.org/display/BUG
The main features/bug fixes are all posted in there and forums are only used to answer occasional questions from people.

cam i give u a few ideas here?
why not make a social plugin as well a wall, with mobile bootstrap and bootstrap theme?

You can, but since In-Portal is an open source project (people are contributing to the project in their personal time), then unless anybody wants to implement the feature you need for you, then it won't be implemented ever. Best approach here is to find a developer who know what In-Portal is and ask him (not me) to contribute on your behalf.

That sounds interesting, but also time consuming. See my answer above.

hows the script going so far?
i will be releasing the theme soon very soon

Also your SSL is not working, it wont let me get the license for the store
