Hello Everyone,

I would like to email a weekly newsletter to subscribers, here are my questions:

1. How do I write a newsletter in In-Portal? Do I use the article function?

2. Is there a way to auto send newsletters to subscribers such as every Wednesday?

1. this can be done through "Mailings" functionality by (see http://screencast.com/t/oisWVL3xs):
- going to "User Management > Groups" section
- selecting "Subscribers" group (this is where users, that are willing to receive newsletter are added)
- pressing "Send E-mail" toolbar button

2. there is no way to send newsletter automatically. In-Portal isn't designed to be a mailing software and I recommend to use dedicated websites, like http://mailchimp.com/ and similar to manage newsletters. Their specific purpose is to ensure e-mail delivery and create nice reports from it (who got e-mail, who doesn't etc.).
