Access to the Admin after you leave the first access Automatic (2)

At the end of the installation is automatic access to the admin. But when I go out and try this first access back again as the root user and password you typed and confirmed during installation. A page of a refresh, and again asks username and password. There appears Login or Password incorrect. Just keeps coming back always to the login screen. This is my first experience with In-Portal downloaded and installed the version in-portal_5_1_2_B1.
Can anyone help me solve the problem?

Does this happen on latest stable release, which is In-Portal 5.1.1?

Also what is your webserver configuration?
