Can I use the 'include' tag to display the current categories on my in-portal index page?

Attributes: Source example:
_template[tpl] Template to insert
_supresserror[bool] Supress missing template errors
_dataexists[bool] Only include template output if content exists (content is defined by the tags in the template)
_nodatatemplate[tpl] Template to include if the nodataexists condition is true
