The "kernal" for In-Portal is free from what I've seen posted here in the forums by Intechnic people.

I haven't seen any posts with a specific price for In-Link3, but a way to get in on "todays" price would be to purchase In-Link now. As a current In-Link user you will get a free upgrade copy of In-Link3 along with the In-Portal kernal when they come out.

Might be a bit cheaper in the long run if you add in that current users will also receive special pricing on other modules according to some Intechnic posts.
